Installation
Installing the frame is a simple matter of noting where the frame mounting brackets are located, placing the timber window frame into the opening (which was manufactured using the measurement obtained when the framing brackets where installed at stage one).
Locate the frame in its desired position, screw through the frame into the frame mounting brackets (drill and plugging is eliminated), seal around the frame with an approved sealer, fit any storm-mouldings, paint unless the frame is pre-finished and the installation job is complete.
If damage is sustained to the frame at any time, removal is just a simple reversal process i.e. remove any mouldings, break the weather seal, unscrewing the frame from the mounting brackets and lift the frame out of the opening. Then repair or replace the damaged frame and reverse the procedure again to re-install.
